General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ITINERARIUM TRAVEL SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) and clients who purchase tourism services.

By purchasing any tourism service from the Agency, the client declares that they have acknowledged and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

Contract Conclusion

The tourism services contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Agency and payment of the deposit or full amount, as applicable.

Confirmation can be made via email, phone or in writing at the Agency's headquarters.

Prices and Payment Methods

Prices displayed on the website or in promotional materials are expressed in RON or EUR and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Agency reserves the right to modify prices based on exchange rate fluctuations, changes in taxes and fees imposed by suppliers or other extraordinary circumstances.

  • Minimum deposit for reservation is 30% of the total value
  • Final payment must be made at least 14 days before departure date
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, card or cash at headquarters

Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation of the tourism service by the client, penalties are charged depending on the time of cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before: 10% of total value
  • Cancellation 15-30 days before: 25% of total value
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before: 50% of total value
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before: 100% of total value

Changes and Cancellations by the Agency

The Agency reserves the right to cancel or modify tourism services in case of force majeure events, insufficient number of participants or other circumstances beyond its control.

In case of cancellation by the Agency, the client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid or to choose an equivalent service.

Client Obligations

The client is obliged to hold the necessary documents for travel (valid passport, visa, medical insurance, etc.) and to comply with the regulations in force of the countries visited.

The client is liable for damages caused by non-compliance with these obligations.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion of the tourism service.

If the parties do not reach an amicable agreement, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
